Moresby is a grand period property which has been transformed by its current owners into a very luxurious villa with a beautifully designed interior.

The large garden gives way to stunning sea views, and for keen golfers, the golf course is just through the back gate! The full renovation makes the best of the many original features whilst offering comforts such as full gas central heating, modern bathrooms and designer kitchen. The dining, kitchen, and sitting room have wonderful views over the golf course and further beyond to the sea.

The polished floors, large windows and high ceilings make each room bright and welcoming and the décor and artwork make this property uniquely attractive.

The sitting room is extremely spacious and has patio doors as well as high windows with working shutters, making the best of the view. There are two comfortable sofas plus additional seating in the window. There is a living flame fire in the imposing fireplace and rugs and soft lighting make this an ideal room in which to relax or entertain. Facilities include a wide, flat-screen TV, DVD and Freeview.

Next door is the spacious dining room with antique table which can sit up to 10 guests. There is additional seating in the window, a great place to enjoy a drink before dinner and admire the view. Through double doors is the large kitchen which has a small table for breakfasting. The walls and floor are fitted with bespoke units plus an American style fridge/freezer and Aga. For the less adventurous there is a hob, double oven and microwave! There is an integrated dishwasher and washing machine plus pulley for drying.

The family bathroom has a white three piece suite and screened overhead shower – underfloor heating makes this fully tiled room a comfortable place to unwind.

The bedrooms are carpeted and the master has a super king-sized bed and seating area with period style furnishings. There are two further twin bedrooms, both spacious and one has a fully tiled en suite shower, sink and toilet also with underfloor heating. There is a separate cloakroom with ample storage for golf clubs etc.
The garden has a large lawned area with flower borders to the sides. Towards the house there is a paved seating area, a peaceful spot to enjoy the tranquillity of this unique location. A side gate leads directly to the golf course and seashore beyond.

Moresby offers the luxury of modern living with the charm and style of a bygone era and is highly recommended for older families, couples or singles who wish to have a truly relaxing stay in this stunning location.
