Vacation Rental Description
This five bedroom property has the most stunning views and has recently undergone a full renovation. It's in a premiere location, close to North Berwick town with the golf course and sea accessible from the back door. The property's five bedrooms include three twin rooms and two doubles (one with king size bed and it's own en suite bathroom). There are four bath/shower rooms and gas central heating.  
 
On the ground floor there is an extremely large kitchen/dining/family room, two twin bedrooms, bathroom, shower room and utility room. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, two further shower/bathrooms and a large sitting room with views. 
 
The kitchen features bespoke cabinets in a classic design with Aga, conventional electric oven, hob, american style fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, kettle and toaster and full range of crockery, cutlery etc. There is a large dining table in this room and beyond that a seating area with stove. This room has windows to the front and back and a door leading to the back garden. There is a also large utility room with washing machine and cupboards for storage of coats, golf clubs etc. 
 
Upstairs there is a large sitting room which runs the length of the house. The view is simply stunning, across the fairway and then to the sea beyond – on a clear day it is possible to see over to Fife. This room has a widescreen TV at one end and at the other, cosy seating around the fireplace. 
 
On this floor there are two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, and a twin bedroom. On this floor there is also a large shower room with walk in shower, wc and basin.  
 
Outside there is a pretty garden to the front and to the side a small patio area with table and chairs. The back garden has an area of lawn framed by flower borders and a pathway leads directly to the golf course and beach. 
 
West Links View offers traditional charm but with the luxury of modern kitchen and bathrooms. With its amazing location we recommended it for families or larger groups who wish to enjoy coastal living at it's best.
