North Berwick is an attractive seaside resort, popular holiday destination and golfers paradise with sandy beaches, coastal walks, first class golf courses, shops, pubs, restaurants and many of East Lothian's historic visitor attractions in easy reach. An ideal base for visiting Edinburgh, Scotland's capital city just over half an hour away, easily accessible by car, bus or train from North Berwick train station. 
 
Saheda is a cosy Victorian holiday house situated in a prime seafront location on Marine Parade, adjacent to the beach commanding panoramic views across the East Bay to the Bass Rock and Fife Coastline.  
Location: A short walk into town, 5 minutes to the Glen golf course, 10 minutes to the Scottish Seabird Centre and harbour where boat trips regularly take visitors out to Bass Rock in the Firth of Forth. 
 
Front garden with private parking for one car, additional parking close by, secluded garden to the rear with patio/lawn and direct access to the putting green and tennis courts.

3 Bedrooms, Lounge, Kitchen, Dining area, Sunroom & two Bathrooms (one ensuite) plus additional downstairs cloakroom. 
 
The ground floor comprises of a large lounge with flat screen TV and bay window to take advantage of the breathtaking views. Well equipped modern kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and pulley. Open plan dining area leads into a delightful sunroom with door out to private garden with table and chairs. Portable BBQ.  
 
The upper level has a master twin bedroom with door onto balcony. This room also enjoys an en-suite bathroom with electric shower over bath. There is a further twin bedroom and a small double bedroom. Separate second bathroom with Victorian bath, WC and basin. 
 
All electricity and gas central heating, linen and towels included in price. Short breaks and weekly lets available all year.

    • North Berwick is a picturesque town situated on the shores of the Firth of Forth, just 35 minutes by train from Edinburgh, close to the A1 motorway, and perfectly placed to explore the links golf courses in East Lothian. 
     
    Enjoy the excellent shopping centre, indoor swimming pool, sports centre, and many other attractions. Visit the Scottish Seabird Centre where you can see live pictures of the seabirds through remote controlled cameras on Fidra and the famous Bass Rock. Visit the 14th century Tantallon Castle, Scottish Museum of Flight or enjoy a leisurely sail round the bays and islands.

      High Season Price: £750 per Week
         

    Payment Details: Confirmation and a deposit of 30% is required within 7 days of making the reservation. Full payment must be received six weeks before commencement of holiday. Cash, UK personal cheques and Traveller's cheques GBP Sterling) are accepted. The property is available for rent from Saturday to Saturday during peak season, short breaks and midweek bookings may be available throughout rest of the year. Arrival time: 4 PM Departure time: 10 AM. If a booking is cancelled by the hirer, the full rent (less deposit) for the period booked remains due. It is advisable for the hirer to insure against this risk. However, every endeavour will be made to re-let on the hirer's behalf, but a small administration charge of £20 will be deducted from any rent refunded.
