George Street and Princes Street are only a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bus journey away. The Botanic Garden is even closer. We are also close to the shops and bistros of fashionable Stockbridge.

The apartment offers a large bedroom with sitting area and gas fire. There is a queen-sized double bed with White Company linen, flat screen TV and wireless internet access. The shower room has Molton Brown accessories. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and we provide essential breakfast supplies. The apartment is non-smoking. During the summer months, guests can also use our private south-facing garden. For longer stay guests, we can offer washing/laundry facilities.
