Vacation Rental Description
The chalet has a covered verandah where you can sit and look down the valley to the river. Lots of birds including hawks can be seen. Also sheep, foxes, deer and rabbits are regularly spotted.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and fitted mirrored wardrobes. Bedside cabinets with drawer space.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds fitted mirrored wardrobes. Bedside cabinets with drawer space. Garden views from all windows. All beds freshly made up for your arrival.
The chalet has a shower room with wc and hand basin. There is a radiator and towel rails. Wheelchair users can use this shower using our special chair.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a tiled floor. It has everything you would need; Full oven and hob, washing machine, fridge with small freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.All dishes, pots & pans and cutlery.
There is an iron and ironing board and drying airer. There is also a clothes dryer for your use.
The living room has an L-shaped settee which can be used for extra beds. There is an easy chair lamp and small table. The TV is flat screen and fitted with DVD and freeview. We have excellent reception in our area.
The dining area has table and chairs for 4-6 people. You can enjoy your meal and watch the wild-life from the window.
All bedding is changed weekly. Only hand towel supplied. Bath-towels can be hired at an extra cost.

If your looking for quiet retreat where you can easily travel to Scotland's top tourist attractions this may be the place for you and your family. We are situated in the countryside in central Scotland. A short drive to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth or Stirling. You can then return to the peaceful chalet where you can unwind ready for the next day. Children will enjoy the outdoor space with swings and a chute. Pets are welcome if we are notified in advance.
