Our Edinburgh Castle View holiday flat is situated on Warrender Park Crescent and offers a fantastic base from which to explore Edinburgh's many attractions. The apartment has been tastefully decorated and furnished and provides excellent accommodation for larger parties of up to 8 plus baby. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 large doubles and 2 twins, 2 modern shower rooms, a spacious kitchen with dining table for 6/8 and a large lounge with additional dining facilities for 8 allowing families or groups to dine in comfort whilst overlooking Edinburgh Castle – a wonderful sight at any time of day but particularly in the evening with the floodlit castle creating an even more dramatic backdrop.

We hope we have catered for all our visitors needs with cd players in the lounge and kitchen areas, TV in the lounge with BT Vision, telephone and Wireless Broadband for those that want to keep in touch, The kitchen has gas cooker, ample pots and pans and crockery, There is also a high chair and travel cot plus baby crib.

The historic city of Edinburgh provides visitors with the opportunity to experience a wealth of cultural attractions from the many art galleries within the city to the impressive choice of theatres and restaurants each giving its own unique experience to the visitor and allowing them to be part of the excitement and buzz of a night out in Scotland’s capital city. With its stunning Georgian and Victorian architecture, and winding medieval streets, it’s easy to see why Edinburgh has been listed as a World Heritage Site.

**Nightly - 3 Nights Minimum Terms & Conditions: Arrival is after 4pm on the date of commencement of holiday with the apartment to be vacated by no later than 10am on the day of departure. Electricity and Gas useage are included in the rental. Any extraordinary telephone charges eg international, peak rate or to a mobile will be deducted from the damages/cleaning deposit. Any BT Vision pay on demand fees will be deducted from the damages/cleaning deposit. We expect visitors to leave the apartment as they find it with furniture to be left in its original position and the kitchen to be left clean and tidy and free from dishes and rubbish. The dishwasher should also be emptied and any dishes put away. Any rubbish should be removed and placed in the black bins on the street corner outside the apartment. A damages/additional cleaning deposit of £250 is payable for each booking.
