This late 19th century property is over first and second floors with stunning views over two of Edinburgh's finest Georgian streets. Accommodation comprises an impressive drawing room, four bedrooms (each with a double bed), two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with range cooker. We are within a short walking distance of the Botanical Gardens, Inverleith Park (which has public tennis courts and a pond with ducks and swans), Dean Gallery and the Gallery of Modern Art. Edinburgh has an abundance of museums, galleries, cinemas (art house & main stream). We also have some fantastic restaurants within walking distance or a short bus ride awa.
