Crosswoodhill's properties are singled out for praise for the extraordinary care and attention to detail. Everything is here for your comfort and enjoyment. Lots of books, games, jigsaws ( even a board to free up your table ). And all those extras to allow you to cut down on accessories you travel with.. an iron, hairdryer, baby intercom, travel and conventional cots, high chairs. And why waste time queuing in a Tourism Information Centre when everything you need is here? Even a phone which will also receive incoming calls from your loved ones. And outside each property has a garden to relax in and feel amazed that here you are in rural splendour, but just 35 minutes away from the heart of Edinburgh. 				Low Season Price:	£310 per Week
				High Season Price:	£820 per Week

Individual rates are not shown here as they vary so much between properties. However expect to pay between £310 and £420 per week in low season, rising to £650 to £820 in July and August. It is best to check them on the owners' Crosswoodhill website which you can google. Please note that rentals do not include fuel and electricity which are charged at cost dependent on usage at end of stay. Environmentally friendly way! 50% deposit on booking with the balance 50% payable 5 weeks prior to arrival. Payment by debit or credit card or UK cheque preferred. Bank Transfer also possible, but correct amount must reach Crosswoodhill account. Cancellation policy fully explained on owner's website and must be agreed to at time of booking. It is fair in that refunds are given if an alternative booking is received following cancellation. Visitors are encouraged to take out insurance to safeguard themselves against cancellation.
