Alba Morrison is a delightful apartment,quiet yet central,in a Georgian-style development 10 minutes from Princes Street. The lounge overlooks the gardens, there is a well equipped kitchen with dining area, and a newly refurbished, fully tiled, shower room. Two bedrooms, one twin and one double, accommodate 4 people. A travel cot for babies is available. 
There are convenient local food shops close by as well as newsagents, chemist and post office.  
Several local restaurants provide Quality Scottish Fare, and Sushi, Thai, Chinese, Indian and Italian restaurants are also in the area. 
For those in the city for business or just wanting to keep in touch, Broadband Internet connection is available and cable TV is also installed.  
Princes Street, George Street shops are within walking distance or short taxi/bus ride, as is Edinburgh Castle at the top of the Royal Mile. A short bus ride takes you to Edinburgh Zoo, HMS.Britannia, Botanic Gardens, Holyrood Palace, Art Galleries, Theatres and many other attractions around the city. 
Murrayfield Stadium is close by for rugby internationals while Edinburgh also provides great venues for other international sporting events including athletics. There are many golf courses in and around the city to try and recreational facilities for tennis, swimming, fitness training etc are well catered for.

				High Season Price:	£850 per Week

Prices range from £410 in Low season to £850 during the Edinburgh Festival and Hogmanay. A deposit of £200 is required to secure a reservation. City/Short Breaks accepted. Enquire for a quote. Min stay 3 nts. Credit/Debit cards accepted. (Visa/Maestro/Mastercard/Switch) Cheque in GBP. Bank transfers. If you have to cancel your booking due to sickness or illness we reserve the right to apply the following conditions: Notice of cancellation prior to arrival: 60 days or more — 50% of the deposit retained. 30-59 days — 50% of full payment required unless re-let. Less than 30 days — 90% of booking unless re-let. If we are able to re-let the property for the dates you have to cancel, only 50% of the deposit will be retained. If the balance of payment is not sent by the agreed date when booking, the booking shall then be treated as cancelled and every effort will be made to re-let the property.
