This apartment is new and was completed in may 2007, it is situated to the east end of princess street. Leith walk offers great amenities including numerous Restaurants, bars, coffee houses, shops and the famous Valvona & Crolla deli. Venues for the fringe festival are hosted up and down Leith walk. Ocean Terminal and the trendy Leith shore are a short 5 minute bus ride away. Buses run day and night up and down leith. A 10 minute walk leads you to the playhouse theatre and Omni Centre which hold numerous restaurants and bars, nightclub and also a cinema.
The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area within minutes walking distance to the spectacular city center. The apartment has plentiful parking spaces, hosting a underground car park. A concierge service and gym on site , (these luxury benefits will make you think your staying in a hotel but have an added benefit of your own home). The apartment has a secure entry system.
The apartment has two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room. A luxurious bathroom with shower. The living room has a large L shaped sofa bed, that will seat 5 comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen/dining area. Furnishings have been chosen to a high standard.
The apartment is in an ideal location for visiting the popular tourist sites.

Ipod docking station, DVD player, board games, tourist information pack for planning your days. Plentiful DVD'S & games. A welcome pack provided on arrival (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, eggs, butter) Cleaning materials are provided, i.e, dishwashing tablets, cleaning material. Bed linen and towels are provided.The apartment is situated on the 1st floor, so is not suitable for wheelchair access. The entrance is a secure entry system and there are 12 stairs up to the apartment. The city is bursting with arts,culture, sports and attractions. As the sun goes down, Edinburgh has a lively nightlife with stylish bars, pubs, restaurants, clubs and live entertainment.
There are also large areas of open space, with plentiful public parks right in the city centre.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Payment is by cheque OR bank transfer 1 night stays depending on month and number in party are charged at a rate of £60-£150 A 30% deposit of rental price is required to confirm booking along with a completed booking form. Final payment will be due 4 weeks before arrival. When possible the keys will be posted to an agreed address. A fully refundable good housekeeping deposit is required along with final payment. This will be refunded 1 week after departure. The party leader agrees and accepts full liability for all loss or damage caused by any member of their group during the occupation of the apartment. The owner shall have no liability for death or personal injury to you and/or any member of your holiday rental party however caused.
