Main Description
This cosy little apartment is situated on a 1970's development overlooking the Royal Palace of Holyrood at the bottom of the Royal Mile. Visitors are in the heart of Edinburgh here - most of the main tourist attractions are within a few minutes walk. The new Parliament Building is two minutes walk away from the apartment and if you tire of the city environment a brisk walk up Arthur's Seat will blow away the cobwebs! There is free parking making this an ideal spot for guests visiting Edinburgh as part of touring holiday.

The accommodation comprises a living/dining room, with views over to the grounds of the Palace. This has been simply furnished and has a homely ambience. There is comfortable seating and a double sofa bed for larger parties. There is a TV with Freeview and DVD Player as well as plenty of tourist information so that you can make the most of your time in Edinburgh.

A generous sized double bedroom has plenty of drawer and cupboard space.

The kitchen is well equipped so that if you decide not to sample Edinburgh's wide array of restaurants you have the wherewithal to cook a meal at home.

The bathroom has a bath and shower over as well as a w.c and wash hand basin.
