This modern 2nd floor apartment, with cityscape views, is in fashionable Stockbridge with its selection of galleries, boutiques, restaurants and bars and is a lovely walk along the Water of Leith to Edinburgh’s famous Royal Botanic Gardens.

The apartment sleeps 4 to 6 people; quiet. yet central it has the added benefit of guaranteed private parking, always a major bonus in central Edinburgh. The owners have furnished it with comfort in mind and the facilities have been designed to attract both leisure and business travellers.

The generous double bedroom, furnished with sleigh bed, has an ensuite shower room, ample wardrobe space and TV. The second bedroom with separate bathroom can be arranged with super king or twin beds on request. A double sofa bed in the living room is available for larger parties.

The comfortable sitting room with attractive wooden floors, double sofa bed and arm chairs, benefits from TV, VHS, DVD and CD player. The apartment has the advantage of Wi-Fi broadband access throughout.

The dining kitchen easily seats 6 around a large table and is equipped with a microwave, cooker, fridge freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, plus a good selection of glass, china and cooking utensils. Though with the great selection of restaurants nearby, it is too tempting to eat out!
