The cottage sleeps 4 in one double and one twin room and comes fully equipped with everything you might require to make your stay comfortable. All bed linen and towels are provided and beds are made up for your arrival.
The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, washer dryer, fridge with small ice box, microwave, ironing facilities and all crockery and utensils.
In the living room are a colour televison, dvd player, radio cassette/cd player and a selection of books, games and dvds.
Burnbrae has gas central heating and all gas and electricity is included in the rental charge. A welcome pack including, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, shortbread, wine and fruit is provided on arrival.
The garden is bounded on one side by a burn where you may see the heron which comes to fish in the pools. A large picnic bench and seat are provided in the garden where you can relax and enjoy the peace after your day's adventures.
