Our cottages vary from a cosy one-bedroom deluxe cottage designed for the discerning couple with hot tub, sauna and steam room to an extensive five bedroom luxury house with Finnish sauna and hot tub in a private enclosed garden.

Our award winning cottages all have central heating and a wood burning stove and are extremely well equipped, mostly with en suite bedrooms.

Our own Kenmore Golf Course is on your doorstep and The Courtyard bar, restaurant and delicatessen is just down the lane.

Highland Perthshire is an ideal area to experience the best that Scotland has to offer. There are miles of lovely walking and cycling tracks on your doorstep - fishing on the famous river Tay and Loch Tay where watersports are readily available and there are several "Munros" to scale within easy reach for the more energetic. Our estate also offers an equestrian centre.

Eating out is a delight with many fine establishments within easy reach and there are many things to see and do locally and we are well situated for exploring the whole of Scotland.

Low Season Price : £500
High Season Price : £3000 per Week
A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings with the balance 50% payable six weeks before the arrival date. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit/debit card (not American Express). Please see our website for Terms and Conditions.
