Vacation Rental Description
This attractive property lies in a quiet part of the town but is within 10 minute walk to the attractive busy town centre and about 150 metres to the beach an promenade. The house is spacious having separate lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. It is fully centrally heated and double glazed. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and the other 3 upstairs. Bathroom on ground floor has bath with shower.wash basin and WC. Upstairs- shower cabinet, wash basin and WC. Two double bedrooms on the ground floor.Upstairs 1 double plus single bed,1 double, and the third 3 singles. Cot available. Gas combination unit drives entire hot water system. The house provides a good supply of reading material, Videos,and DVDs. The lounge which can seat 8 persons has TV with Sky (Freeview programmes only) and a mini Hi-Fi system. The dining room has an extendable table and can seat 8. Baby chair available. Piano.  
The house has its own grounds and has front lawns and a good sized secluded back lawn where there are tables and chairs and bench seats. A small BBQ is also avaiable. Washing lines strung. 
Whilst the property can sleep 12 persons seating accommodation in both lounge and dining room is limited to 8/9 persons. Hence suggested limit on numbers. If more than 9 persons in party please be aware of limitations

    • Largs is in a beautiful setting with the islands of Cumbrae, Arran and Bute facing the town and majestic hills behind. Largs is ideal for most people's holiday requirements and has been attracting families and sporting groups for many years. It is one of Scotland's premier holiday resorts- the jewel of the West Coast. It has excellent sport and and leisure facilities :- 2x 18 hole golf courses, 2 fine 18 hole putting greens,7 tennis courts, bowling green,swimming pool, bowling alley, Scotland's National Sporting complex and a fine marina. The town has a wide range of restaurants, pubs and shops. 
    The Waverly, the last sea going paddle steamer in the world calls in at Largs pier and sails to the islands and lochs during the summer months. A regular ferry service to the island of Cumbrae allows for a pleasant day out.Hire a bike and cycle round the flat perimeter of the island or dawdle in its magic wee town of Millport.

    The above prices apply for up to 6 persons and exclude bed linen and towels. Linen and towels are available at an extra charge. For groups in excess of 6 please ask for terms. Deposit of £100 GBP payable at time of booking and balance no later than 4 weeks prior to occupation. Deposit forfeit if cancellation occurs within 4 weeks of occupation dates. Bank transfers and cheques acceptable.Unable to accept credit cards.
