1 Bunk room with o/u bunks.  
 
There is a bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the ground floor.  
 
The sitting room has an open fire, 40” flat screen, satellite T.V., DVD, Hi-Fi (and sofa-bed). 
The farmhouse kitchen is fitted with an oil-fired Esse and electric hob & ovens. 
The utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier. 
 
There is also a Games Room with Ping-pong and Snooker/ Pool.  
It is situated in it's own garden & grounds with a children’s adventure play area.  
 
Adjacent to a working farm.  
 
 
 
When booking:  
 
Cot, high chair and stair gate are available on request.  
 
Additional linen for sofa-bed £20 per week.  
 
Pets, subject to proprietor’s discretion, £20 per week. 
 
Luxury Egyptian Cotton bed linen and towels, heating oil, reasonable electricity and coal included.  
No smoking or dogs inside the house, please.

Located near sandy beach and forest walks, toward South end of The Isle of Arran with views to Galloway, Ailsa Craig, Kintyre and Ireland.
