The house is on two levels and is furnished to a high standard throughout. On the ground floor is the west-facing lounge, which affords magnificent views over the Ochil Hills and west towards Wallace's monument and Ben Lomond.

•Two further bedrooms, one with twin beds, the other with bunk beds

Parking is provided on the drive. There is a garden at the front and garden with deck at the rear.
Location
The house, which is easily reached from the south or the north and is about ten minutes drive from the centre of Stirling, is ideally suited to family use for a family of up to six, or two couples travelling together.
The road and rail network provides convenient links to Glasgow, Edinburgh, the North and Scotland's central belt. This central location means it is ideally situated to cater for a wide range of activities such as golf, walking, cycling fishing, water sports and travelling around Scotland by car, and the new Trossachs National Park is within easy striking distance.
Very close at hand is the city of Stirling with its many historical buildings and sites of interest, not least of all being the magnificent castle. Stirling also has a wide selection of restaurants, shops, bars, and bistros.
