The apartment is a ground floor conversion of a former Hotel,the apartment has a large entrance hall,1 double bedroom with en suite shower room.The second bedroom has twin beds and both rooms have fitted wardrobes.There is a family bathroom with bath and a separate shower cubicle.Leaving the hall you enter the spacious lounge with views over farmland,from the lounge there is a door into the modern fully fitted kitchen with archway leading to dining room.
The dining room has french doors to private garden with patio set for al fresco dining.

In Balloch there is a large slipway for launching boats F.O.C,here you can obtain information regarding designated areas for various water sports incl water skiing.At Lomond Shores in Balloch there are a number of quality stores including Jenners.
There are plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area including the renowned Cameron House Hotel,popular with visiting film stars and international sports persons.
Golf is catered for in the area with Loch Lomond Golf Club and The Carrick golf and leasure centre close by,there is also a nine hole at Cameron House.
