Craigroy offers easy access to a wide range of activities whatever your taste. Skiing is availible during the winter season at the Lecht and Glenshee resorts and the Grampian mountain range provides year-round routes for all walking and climbing abilities. Golf, fishing and shooting are just some of the other activities on offer.  
 
The royal residence of Balmoral Castle is situated nearby and there are many other National Heritage sites in the vicinity. 
 
The property has a large and secluded and fully enclosed, garden to the rear. The garden is mainly laid to lawn and there are BBQ and seating facilities.

    1) TIMES- The letting period runs from 4.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure Directions, key handover instructions and emergency contact telephone numbers will be provided on receipt of deposit. 2) PAYMENT- A deposit of 30% of the total rental is to be paid to secure the booking, the remainder of the balance is to be received by us no later than 8 weeks before arrival. 3) CANCELLATION- In the event of cancellation the deposit is non-returnable and the following scale of charges will apply:- Less than 8 weeks - 100% of total holiday cost More than 8 weeks - deposit only (30%) All cancellations must be notified in writing by the client and received by “Craigroy” before the cancellation charges are confirmed. Payments can be made by cheque,and bank transfer.
