Vacation Rental Description

The Cottage is situated on a farm near the ruin of an old castle, 2 miles from Banchory and 15 miles from Aberdeen.
Accommodation consists of lounge, separate diningroom, 3 double bedrooms [1 with double bed, the others have two single beds each]. Bathroom with shower over bath,toilet and washhand basin. There is an additional toilet and wash handbasin situated elsewhere. The kitchen has a dining area and is fitted with electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. The kitchen is very well equipped. The cottage is situated in its own garden and has a summerhouse.

Banchory is situated in the Dee valley, a very beautiful part of Scotland, near to where the Queen has her holiday home. The scenery is spectacular with hills and mountains all around.. The Cottage is not isolated and is readily accessible to Aberdeen [the nearest main city] [15 miles]. The small town of Banchory is 2 miles away and has supermarket, shops, restaurants etc. There are many Castles and historic buildings in the area.

Low Season Price : £280
High Season Price : £460 per Week
A deposit of £50 is required to hold the booking and the balance is payable on arrival.
