Cosy cottage, comfortabley furnished, the interior has been tastefully decorated, it has a wood-burning stove, is centrally heated and equipped to a high standard of modern comfort. Television, freeview digital. Kitchen has integral dining area and is fitted with all the necessary equipment for self-catering including a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a full set of china. There are laundry facilities, including washing machine/tumble dryer, iron and board. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath and there are three bedrooms; one double, one twin and one single. Fuel and electricity, duvets, linen and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are available by request. We welcome children and well-behaved dogs.

    If a booking is made within 8 weeks of beginning of let FULL PAYMENT MUST BE SENT. Otherwise a £100 deposit is sufficient. Once a booking has been confirmed a contract has been made; the deposit cannot be refunded thereafter, and the balance of the hire is due not less than 8 weeks before the start of the let. However, if written notice of cancellation is received in good time we will attempt to re-let the accommodation, although no guarantee of successful re-letting is given. In the event of re-letting taking place the deposit only will be retained and any balance will be returned to the hirer. We accept cheques, cash or payment by BACS
