A lovely three storey house on the edge of Belper, sleeping up to six in three bedrooms.

302 Over Lane is a three storey house on the outskirts of Belper. With three bedrooms, a double with water bed, a single with pull-out bed and a second floor double, it sleeps six comfortably. There is also a large family bathroom, and an open plan living area downstairs with kitchen, dining area with woodburner and a sitting area with open fire. Outside there is a garden with patio, pond, furniture, hot tub and bar, as well as off road parking for three cars. 302 Over Lane is a great family holiday cottage.

Fuel, power and starter packs for open fire and woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio, pond, lawn with garden furniture and decked area with hot tub and bar. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 1 mile. Note: Due to the pond in the garden, children must be supervised at all times.

Belper is a town dating back to the 13th century. Now a spirited and bustling town, attractions include the North Mill, Long Row and the River Gardens. Just 10 miles away is the popular Peak District town of Matlock which offers a range of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as a whole host of other exciting attractions.

				High Season Price:	£755 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
