The accommodation in this semi detached barn conversion on a working dairy farm in the Peak District hamlet of Sparrowpit is cosy and welcoming, just right for a relaxing or romantic break. The double bedroom is comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped and the sitting room has a warming woodburner-effect stove and charming exposed beams. The whole property benefits from stunning countryside views, and there are beautiful walks from the doorstep.

Activities

The lovely rolling countryside of the Peak District National Park is home to the small hamlet of Sparrowpit. The hamlet is made up of a number of pretty cottages, and also has a village hall and a great pub. This region of the Peaks is distinctly rural, and as such makes a great base for walking, climbing, caving or simply relaxing. Visit Castleton Caves, Haddon Hall, Alton Towers or Chatsworth House, stopping on the way to explore the quaint villages and market towns of this lovely area.

				Low Season Price:	£203 per Week
				High Season Price:	£374 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
