This attractive property, located two miles from Cotton in the Peak District, is able to sleep up to four people.

This stunning detached barn conversion offers guests lovely views, and is located on the rural outskirts of the small country village of Cotton. Situated 11 miles from the town of Ashbourne and close to the popular Alton Towers theme park, this is a beautifully restored property with quality fixtures and fittings. Combining original features with modern comforts this cottage provides first class accommodation in a peaceful, rural location. The living space is composed of a double bedroom, a mezzanine level with comfortable seating and a lounge with vaulted ceiling, dining area and wood-burning stove.

Activities

Home to the famous Cotton College, the attractive village of Cotton is situated on the edge of the Peak District National Park and is close to excellent walking routes. Alton Towers is also within easy reach and offers rides and attractions to suit all ages and tastes. There is a ‘pay and play’ golf course nearby whilst the market town of Ashbourne, with its eccentric street plan and narrow cobbled alleys, offers numerous shops and amenities. With a wide array of antique stores and a choice of good pubs and restaurants, the town has something to suit everyone. Attractions like Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Dovedale, and the fantastic Derbyshire Villages of Ilam, Hartington and Tissington - famous for its well dressing ceremonies - are also within easy driving distance.

				Low Season Price:	£276 per Week
				High Season Price:	£506 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
