This comfortable, brick-built detached cottage offers spacious and luxurious accommodation for up to 10 people.

This detached, brick-built property is in the village of Turnditch and offers warm and inviting accommodation for up to 10 people. The property has four sumptuous bedrooms, a well-appointed bathroom with a relaxing Jacuzzi bath and a further ground floor shower room. The kitchen is well equipped and has a useful utility area, the dining room is light and spacious and there is the luxury of two separate sitting rooms both with cosy electric stoves. One of the sitting rooms leads to a study and bright conservatory with stunning views of the valley. The charming patio outside also takes advantage of the views, while the delightful garden with its furniture enhances the property. This cottage is a fantastic place to enjoy this special area and makes a great family base.

Activities

Situated in the Amber Valley, Turnditch is a charming hillside village in Derbyshire. The village has a church and two public houses and the neighbouring village of Hulland Ward has a petrol station, post office and a shop, providing most amenities visitors will need. The market towns of Belper and Ashbourne are close by for more shops and restaurants and other attractions in the area include walking and cycling trails and water sports at Carsington Water with fishing available on the River Derwent. Haddon Hall and Chatsworth House and Park are within easy reach, and there are many delightful towns and villages in the Peak District. The village of Turnditch makes an ideal base to discover the stunning Peak District and surrounding area all year round and is a great place for a holiday.

				Low Season Price:	£412 per Week
				High Season Price:	£977 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
