This property is a charming brick built terraced barn conversion in a peaceful hamlet and sleeps up to four people.

This charming brick built barn conversion is on a working farm and offers a combination of traditional features and modern accommodation. The property is very welcoming and boasts exposed beams and fabulous countryside views. There is a contemporary, well equipped modern kitchen which adjoins the cosy sitting room and the dining room. The two bedrooms are nicely presented and decorated, giving a real country cottage feel to the property. Outside there is access to a shared garden with furniture and a barbecue. In addition, there are many facilities on the farm that can be enjoyed by the whole family, making this a fantastic property for a holiday in this area.

Activities

Situated at the southern end of the Peak District is the hamlet of Hulland Ward, a delightful scattering of small hamlets, which are steeped in history and go back at least nine centuries. The hamlets offer a variety of welcoming country pubs serving excellent cuisine. Nearby Ashbourne, a gorgeous and typical English market town, can be found in the glorious rolling countryside and is a joy to visit. It has narrow cobbled streets to explore, wonderful restaurants and a whole host of interesting shops to visit including numerous antique shops. Carsington Water is nearby and has a range of excellent facilities such as sailing, walking, cycling and bird watching. Alton Towers with its thrilling rides is only 30 minutes away. This region makes a great destination for a holiday.

				High Season Price:	£521 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
