This lovely 300 year old Grade II listed cottage, just off the main village square, offers high standard, comfortable accommodation to sleep up to nine people.

This is a lovely Grade II listed 300 year old cottage, just off the main square in Eyam. The property is finished to a high standard and offers comfortable spacious accommodation for families or friends. There are four bedrooms, all elegantly decorated and furnished, one with an en-suite. There is a ground floor wet room and a well-appointed modern bathroom. The large sitting room is bright and airy with a wood burner and has real character with its exposed beams. The kitchen is light and modern with a dining area, and there is also a cellar with a games room. Outside is a small patio garden with furniture and the shops and pub are only a two minute walk. A great base any time of year.

Activities

The beautiful little village of Eyam lies at the foot of Sir William Hill and is amid some spectacular scenery. Eyam is steeped in history and is known as the ‘plague village’ because it went into voluntary quarantine to stop the spread of the plague when it arrived in the village in 1665 in a parcel of cloth. Eyam is a well preserved village, with it’s fine houses and it looks much as it would have done several centuries ago. Eyam Hall is a 17th Century Manor House with enchanting gardens, and now home to craft shops and tea-rooms. Overlooking the village is Eyam Moor and there are some lovely walks with fabulous views. With many attractions nearby, Eyam makes a fantastic base for a family holiday.

				High Season Price:	£1,299 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
