This traditional, brick-built property forms part of the owner’s barn conversion and is located in the quiet village of Boylestone, just nine miles from Ashbourne. Decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout, this cottage is comfortable and welcoming. Accommodation is composed of a cosy sitting room, a double room with four-poster bed, fitted kitchen with dining area and mature gardens - ideal for al fresco dining. The cottage is also within easy reach of all the local amenities on offer.

Activities

Set on a steep hillock in the picturesque valley of Boylestone Brook, the quiet village of Boylestone is just nine miles from the pretty town of Ashbourne. Renowned for the bloodless Battle of Boylestone during the civil war, the village church sheltered royalist troops for a night before their capture by Cromwell the following day. Nowadays, the village is based around the Rose and Crown 17th Century pub, serving a selection of real ales. Just nine miles away is the traditional market town of Ashbourne, a fashionable social centre during the 18th Century. With an eccentric street plan of quaint cobbled alleyways, old market stalls and welcoming coaching inns, this is an incredibly picturesque town. For those who prefer outdoor activities, the Dove and Manifold Valleys are close by and offer excellent walking and cycling opportunities, whilst Alton Towers theme park is just a short drive away.

				High Season Price:	£345 per Week

All bookings are subject to an additional £35.00 booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
