This delightful single-storey detached cottage is well-situated in a lovely position as part of the rural hamlet of Handley. This property offers wonderful countryside views towards Ogston Reservoir and provides warm, welcoming accommodation for its guests. The cottage also comes with use of a private, mature garden with lovely countryside views - ideal for al fresco dining or summer ball games. Well-situated within the Derbyshire Dales, this property is within easy reach of local amenities and activities.

Peacefully situated in the Derbyshire Dales, the small, rural hamlet of Handley is just two miles from Clay Cross - home to a traditional shop and three welcoming country pubs. Three miles further is the wonderful village of Ashover. Located in the Amber Valley and close to the popular town of Matlock, this great location offers a nine-hole golf course and several good pubs including the Crispin Inn - renowned as one of the oldest pubs in the Peak District. Famous for its warm springs, Matlock also offers a host of fine eateries, good shops and a fascinating museum. The town centre boasts Leys Hall Park, a lovely setting for recreational activities such as bowls, tennis and boating. Gulliver's Kingdom, Matlock Gorge and The High Peak Cycle Trail are all close by, making this a wonderfully diverse area.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
