Just a short walk from the centre of Matlock lies this outstanding property. With views of the Church and Riber Castle, this lovely cottage has been lovingly and uniquely styled by the current owners to create a high quality holiday home. The single bedroom is reasonably small and comes with a pull out stacker bed, so perhaps this property is better suited for younger families or a couple looking to enjoy a romantic break together. With pleantiful local amenities, everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday is within easy reach.

All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair provided. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared use of patio with garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Note: Single room is small; use of pull out stacker bed makes space compact. Note: Apartment is accessed from courtyard parking area via an external staircase. The popular Peak District towns of Matlock and Matlock Bath have long been attracting visitors to the area. Since the Spa was developed in the late 17th Century, these pretty towns have been fashionable holiday spots and it isn’t hard to see why. Offering a range of shops, pubs and restaurants, the Matlocks are set in the beautiful wooded gorge of the River Derwent and are home to the renowned attractions of Riber Castle, Gullivers Kingdom and the Peak District Mining Museum. The Heights of Abraham cable cars provide breathtaking views down the gorge whilst the park itself offers a wealth of activities for the whole family such as the nature trail, water gardens and Owl Maze. With so many walks and cycle trails through the spectacular scenery, The Matlocks make a wonderful holiday destination.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
