Situated in the hamlet of Mayfield, just outside the market town of Ashbourne, this property is well placed for anyone looking to explore the local area. Well-positioned for the Dove and Manifold Valleys, Alton Towers and the amenities of Ashbourne, there is bound to be something for everyone in this beautiful region – whether you enjoy cycling, bird watching, walking or thrill-seeking.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Off road allocated parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shops and pub 2 minutes walk. Please note there are only 2 steps to climb from car park to apartment entrance.

Activities

The lovely town of Ashbourne, situated in the south of the Peak District, is an excellent example of an English market town. The settlement retains its market place with stalls, eccentric street plan, narrow cobbled alleys, coaching inns and almshouses, and is home to many fine Georgian buildings which remain from its 18th Century heyday. This lovely town is still a fashionable social centre and has much to offer in terms of restaurants and inns, as well as a wide variety of quality antique shops. The Dove and Manifold Valleys are close by and offer excellent walking and cycling opportunities for all levels of experience, whilst the theme park at Alton Towers is just a 20 minute drive away for those who want to enjoy some fairground fun.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods. A 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date.

Last Minute Breaks (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'Low', 'Mid', 'High', 'Peak', 'Christmas' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. A 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date.
