9 Bedroom Guest House in Peak District

Pear Tree Farm is traditionally built, with all the features one expects of a Derbyshire farmhouse, plus a full range of modern amenities. The property is available to rent on a self-catering basis, but we also offer B&B or full board accommodation.  
 
Accommodation includes 4 double bedded en-suite rooms, 4 twin bedded en-suite rooms and one en-suitefamily room (1 double & 2 single beds). There is a large, comfortable lounge with a woodburning stove, large tv/video/dvd player, a selection of books, board games, videos, dvd's, and music centre. There is an outside seating area, with BBQ available on request, along with acres of woodland and fields to wander in and sheep and chickens to make friends with! There is car parking available for 10+ cars, all off road and secure.  
 
Our food is hearty and traditional, available on a full and half board basis and we are used to catering to Special diets by arrangement. If Self-catering, we are happy to provide catered dinners or lunches for special occassions or parties!  
 
There is a lovely pub, serving food, within walking distance of the property and shops just a mile away. Local attractions include open gardens, derwent mills, Cromford canal and we are a 5 minute drive from Matlock Bath and the Heights of Abraham. Numerous walks in the Peak District are on your doorstep, plus golf courses, horse riding and clay pigeon shooting all available locally.
