The Barn is a two storey dwelling which has been rebuilt using natural local stone and transformed into a four star self catering property with all modern amentities. Upstairs The Barn can sleep 6 with three bedrooms 2 doubles and one with 2 single beds (cot available if required). There are two bathrooms - upstairs with bath/electric shower and downstairs toilet with electric shower. Downstairs there is a large family sized fully equipped kitchen/dining area, spacious sitting room leading out into a conservatory and outdoor patio area - ideal for barbeques. The conservatory offers the perfectplace for reading and quiet reflection. The Barn is set on a spacious site with large garden, ample car parking and views of the surrounding hills and Derg Valley.

The Barn offers a television/video/dvd player and hifi unit and a library for holiday reading.

The area is suitable for walkers with different abilities with Way Marked Ways in the Sperrins and the surrounding areas. Roads in and around the Barn are quiet and peacful for the walker and their families. Leaflets giving information is available in the Barn for guests use.

Cyclists are common in the Sperrins enjoying the scenery and the challenge of the hills. Cycle routes are available in the Barn.

The area has numerous sites of historical, archaelogical and ecclesiastical interests with connections to St Patrick and St Eugene.

The Barn is centrally heated as well as a gas fire in the sitting room set in a Victorian fireplace. Conservatory with barbeque and patio area lead out from sitting room. Bed linen and towels provided and the use of cot, playpen, buggy and high chair is also available free on request. Library for holiday reading is also provided for guests.

Welcome pack available on arrival as well as a complimentary half days session in the Crafty Goings On Studio situated closeby.

Low Season Price : £250
High Season Price : £350 per Week

Deposit of £100 per week required to secure booking.

Full payment to be made 4 weeks before arrival.

Payment to be made by cash, direct to bank account or cheque payable to Mrs May Magee 18 Brocklis Road Ardstraw Omagh Co Tyrone BT78 4LS Northern Ireland.

All payments will be acknowledged and receipt posted to clients.

In the event of cancellation full payment will only be refunded if cancellation occurs 4 weeks before the expected date of arrival.

Arrival time 4.00 on the first day and departure time is 10.30 am on the last day (unless otherwise agreed by owners)

Weekend and mid week breaks available on request.
