Vacation Rental Description
The Barn is a two storey dwelling which has been rebuilt using natural local stone and transformed into a four star self catering property with all modern amenities. Upstairs The Barn can sleep 6 with three bedrooms 2 doubles and one with 2 single beds (cot available if required). There are two bathrooms - upstairs with bath/electric shower and downstairs toilet with electric shower. Downstairs there is a large family sized fully equipped kitchen/dining area, spacious sitting room leading out into a conservatory and outdoor patio area - ideal for BBQ. The conservatory offers the perfect place for reading and quiet reflection. The Barn is set on a spacious site with large garden, ample car parking and panoramic views of the surrounding hills and the fertile Derg Valley. The Barn offers a television/video/dvd player and hifi unit and a library for holiday reading.

Facilities
The Barn is centrally heated as well as a gas fire (extra cost) set in a Victorian fireplace in the main lounge. Conservatory with barbeque and patio area lead out through double doors from lounge. Bed linen and towels provided and the use of cot, playpen, buggy and high chair is also available free on request. Library for holiday reading is also provided for guests. Barn sleeps six with two double bedded rooms and one twin bedded room. Bathroom upstairs with bath and electric shower and toilet downstairs with electric shower. Welcome pack available on arrival. The Barn is within half an hours drive to the Ulster American Folk Park which holds an extensive library of immigration records to the USA from Ireland. Within easy travelling distance to the many beaches, mountains of Co Donegal in Southern Ireland. Fishing, pony trekking, walking available locally as well as a choice of three golf courses. Activities
The area is suitable for walkers with different abilities with Way Marked Ways in the Sperrins and the surrounding areas. Roads in and around the Barn are quiet and peaceful for the walker and their families. Leaflets giving information is available in the Barn for guests use.
Cyclists are common in the Sperrins enjoying the scenery and the challenge of the hills. Cycle routes are available in the Barn.
The area has numerous sites of historical, archaelogical and ecclesiastical interests with connections to St Patrick and St Eugene.

Deposit of £100 per week required to secure booking. Full payment to be made 4 weeks before arrival. Payment to be made by cash, direct to bank account or cheque payable to Mrs May Magee 18 Brocklis Road Ardstraw Omagh Co Tyrone BT78 4LS Northern Ireland. All payments will be acknowledged and receipt posted to clients. In the event of cancellation full payment will only be refunded if cancellation occurs 4 weeks before the expected date of arrival. Arrival time 4.00 on the first day and departure time is 10.30 am on the last day (unless otherwise agreed by owners) Weekend and mid week breaks available on request.

Great place to stay to explore this area of Northern Ireland. Convenient to Ulster American Folk Park, the city of Londonderry/Derry and the North Antrim Coast where you can visit the Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge and the White Cliffs. Great walking in the Sperrin Mountains, fishing in the River Derg, plenty of golf courses to enjoy and lots of retail therapy. Take the opportunity to visit Co Fermanagh and spend the day on a boat cruising on Lough Erne and enjoy the many islands and the spectacular scenery and abundant wildlife.
