Well equipped lounge with 32 inch tv D.V.D player,selection of films,cds and games. Oil fired central heating. Lovely garden to rear comprising paved patio area,grassed area and raised decking with 3 sets of garden table and chairs.

      High Season Price: £495 per Week
         

    CANCELLATIONS: must be in writing, signed by the person who signed the booking form. More than 30 days before arrival – loss of deposit. 15-30 days 50% of the total cost. Less than 15 days 100%. Please vacate by 10:30am on the day of departure. New arrivals should occupy the accommodation at 2:30pm on the day on arrival. Accommodation is inspected on your departure, but the cleaning is the responsibility of the occupants. All breakages must be reported and paid for. Please leave the premises as you would hope to find them. A good house keeping deposit of £75.00 is required prior to arrival, Excessive use of electricity and oil may be deducted from the good housekeeping deposit together with the replacement cost of any breakages etc. This deposit is refundable and will be returned within one week of holiday completion.
