				Low Season Price:	£322 per Week
				High Season Price:	£700 per Week

Terms & Conditions of Rental: - A booking deposit of £100 per holiday home is required to reserve accommodation (non-refundable). -Notice of cancellation must be in writing. -Maximum persons must not exceed number booked for. -A security deposit of £80 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned to you within seven days provided the management is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. -Clients are expected to leave holiday homes clean and tidy, the cost of repairs to, or replacement of property will be the responsibility of the client, and if appropriate will be deducted from security deposit. -No responsibility is taken by owners for loss of valuables while on site.
