Set in beautifully landscaped gardens and surrounded by 100 acres of farmland the cottages have been elegantly restored to offer guests a unique blend of luxury and comfort. Located at the foot of the Mourne Mountains in Northern Ireland and in an area of outstanding natural beauty they are well situated for exploring the hidden marvels of the countryside and the South Down coast.

Both Plum-tree Cottage and Sand cottage offer guests modern facilities in peaceful rural surroundings. Under floor heating powered by Geo Thermal heating systems have been installed, and for those who enjoy the comfort and atmosphere of a real fire there is a wood burning Dovre Stove in the living room.

Both cottages have been restored to the highest standards providing luxury accommodation.

Two spacious bedrooms each sleeping 2 comfortably in double or twin beds
Families up to a maximum of 3 persons can also be catered for in each room upon request.

Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty at the foot of the Mournes and adjacent to the Carlingford Lough an area of special scientific interest, Lurganconary Farms offers living poetry as an environmental haven for nature's charm.

Lurganconary Farm extending for half a mile along the White Water River offers the opportunity to be enchanted by the tranquility of the sheltered woodlands and the gentle lapping of the waters on the banks edge. Following one of the nature trails around the estate the visitor will be no less enchanted by the many experiences that nature can provide.

Stop a while with your picnic where the leaping salmon can bring a flutter to any heart and fear not the sparkling eyes of the baby fox. Sit among the wild bluebells and savour the charm and tranquility of your own hermitage for a while.

Low Season Price : €600
High Season Price : €650 per Week

A refundable security deposit of £100 in respect of damage to and/or loss of Property equipment is required. This deposit will be forfeited if loss or damage to the Property. Lurganconary Farms reserves its rights to recover from you the cost of any repairs to the Property or replacement of its equipment or contents in excess of the amount of the stated security deposit

Cancellation:

You may cancel your booking at any time provided you do so in advance in writing to Lurganconary Farms. Provided written cancellation of your booking is received by Lurganconary Farms at least 30 days before the date on which your holiday begins, cancellation of your booking will incur the loss of the Deposit only. If cancellation of your booking is received by Lurganconary Farms less than 30 days in advance of the date on which your holiday begins, the Deposit will be forfeited and you will remain liable for the full balance of the Fee.
