The enclosed rear gardens are 15 x 20 feet. The gardens are on 2 levels. Level one features an elevated lawn and decking area with table and 4 chairs. The back garden is accessed by steps and offers an excellent sun trap! Just beyond the back of the house is a fantastic, newly opened country park featuring pleasant walks, children's play areas, picnic and barbecue facilities.

Coast/Beach: 5 minute walk fron "Kate and Peggy's". There is plenty of sand, rock pools to explore and good grassy areas for picnics. Fishing and enjoy the stunning views of the Sea of Moyle to the Mull of Kintyre on the Scottish coast, which is just over 20 miles away.
Golf: nestled at the foot of the beautiful Glenballyeamon. Small, picturesque 9-hole course.NClubhouse stands right on Cushendall beach and enjoys spectacular views across the Sea of Moyle to the Mull of Kintyre.
Cushendall boat club provides a service to people boating, with changing and toilet facilities, a secure boat storage park, social areas and a bar, also by organising events based in the club and on the water.

Cushendall is easily accessed by air or sea. The 2 nearest airports are Belfast International Airport in Antrim which is a 45 minute drive and The George Best City Airport in Belfast which is a 1 hour drive away. The nearest port is Belfast, again a 1 hour drive away. Cushendall is accessed directly by bus. Train service run to Ballymena, which is a 20 minute drive fron Cushendall.
