Privately owned luxury holiday lodge with lake view situated in South Lakeland Leisure Village, a prestigious new development in an area of outstanding natural beauty, approximately 1 mile from junction 35 of the M6. The lodge consists of living area, including TV. Video, DVD player and freeview, dining area, fully equipped kitchen including cooker, hob, microwave and fridge, en-suite double bedroom, twin bedroom and separate bathroom/toilet. The property is fully double glazed and has gas central heating.

'Pure Leisure' Leisure Centre including swimming pool, steam room, recently extended gym and beauty treatment rooms, is situated within the Leisure Village. Sorry but we are no longer able to include entrance to the leisure centre in our rates. Temporary memberships are still available, rates on request.

Waters Edge Restaurant and Bar is also situated within the Leisure Village.

WI-FI internet access is now available.

South Lakeland Leisure village is ideally situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the edge of the Lake District National Park. The Leisure Village is being developed with conservation very much to the fore. The Lake within the village has already attracted varied wildlife. Leighton Moss, an RSPB Nature reserve is just 10 minutes away. The historic city of Lancaster and many attractions of Morecambe Bay are nearby and the Yorkshire Dales are also within easy reach. Fishing and non-motorised water sports are available on the Lake. Discounts have been negotiated for guests of the lodge for Water ski-ing on the adjoining lake which is within easy walking distance.

There are numerous Golf Courses within easy reach of the lodge including, Morecambe, Heysham Lancaster, Kendal and Kirby Lonsdale Golf Clubs. All welcome visitors.

Carnforth Railway Station, famous for the film "Brief Encounter", and recdently restored to it's former glory, is approximately 2 miles away.

Leighton Moss, and RSPB nature reserve is just 10 minutes away. The historic city of Lancaster and many attractions of Morecambe Bay are also nearby.

Part Week/Weekend rates available on request. Prices include gas and electricity. Bed linen and towels are also provided. A welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls etc is provided. Please add £30 per week for pets. For bookings priced up to £500 a deposit of £50 will secure your booking. For bookings priced over £500 a deposit of £100 is required.. Balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival, payment in full is required. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE Your Lodge will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on your day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.

Sorry, but we are no longer able to include entrance to the leisure centre in our rates. We have reduced our 2009 prices accordingly. Temporary memberships are of course still avaialbale, costs on request.
