Bretherdale Hall is a 4 bedroom farmhouse dating back to 1650
with great character and a delightful contemporary feel. The

cotton linens will ensure a comfortable end to a day on the fells and

Bretherdale is a beautiful Cumbrian farmhouse that has been updated to provide the best facilites for a perfect holiday. For Walkers the drying room provides the perfect place to prepare equipment, with Showers and changing facilites next to a spa with both sauna and steam rooms for your personal use. The Games room comes equip with a pool table and television with cimema surround. With a Wii console and Xbox there is plenty to do. In the garage bay you will find a full size table tennis table also. There are 4 mountain bikes available for guests to use.

A 30% non refundable deposit will be charged at the time of booking and the balance will be reuired 8 weeks before the stay. Guests will be asked to pay a refundable £200 breakages deposit that will be used to cover breakages and any excessive cleaning required. Guests are expected to leave the property as they find it.
