Langdale View has an enviable location amid some of Lakeland’s most spectacular scenery. Everywhere you look is natural beauty! By road it is only 4 1/2 miles from Ambleside, 5 1/2 from Coniston & 3 from Grasmere. For excitement drive over the mountain pass to the sea.
Climbers will enjoy the impressive Langdale Pikes & Scafell. Grasmere is an hour's walk over the hill! It's also easy to get to Elterwater, Rydal, Ambleside, Skelwith Bridge etc on foot for a fantastic day out. The Cumbrian Way and the river run along the outskirts of the village. Lake and several quality pubs nearby.
