This semi detached cottage is set in a courtyard location in the Lake District town of Windermere and can sleep three people in one bedroom.

Beech Cottage is a stone built, semi-detached cottage in a quiet courtyard setting just a two minute walk from the centre of the Lake District town of Windermere. With one family bedroom and a shower room, this cottage is perfect for a couple. The rest of the accommodation is made up of an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car in the courtyard. With all of the amenities of the town just a short stroll away, Beech Cottage is the perfect romantic getaway for a couple looking to explore the beautiful Lake District.

The town of Windermere provides a range of amenities, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. Boat trips are available from Bowness to Ambleside, the Lakeside Aquarium and Beatrix Potter's 'Hill Top House' at Sawrey. Children can enjoy the "World of Beatrix Potter" in Bowness, where latest technology brings famous characters to life. Within easy reach of destinations such as Grasmere, Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains.

				High Season Price:	£501 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
