Vacation Rental Description
Beckside is set in the picturesque village of Coniston. Set amongst superb mountain views with Coniston Lake to finish of it's natural beauty. Activities to suit all ages from water sports to horse riding or just take in the many scenic walks. Beckside sleeps up to 8 people two double and two twin rooms, with two bathrooms with bath shower and heated towel rails. The living room has t.v, video, DVD, sky and stereo. The dining room has eight seater farm house pine table and exdtra seating area with an open fire. The kitchen has micowave, fridge freezer, ovem, hob, grill, washing machine, dish washer and breakfast bar. Both the kitchen and dining room have locally quarried slate floors.Beckside has under floor heating through out each room having it's own thermostat to suit the individual. The house is fully equiped to suit 8 people. Outside you will find a large garden with it's own beck running along side which originates from the extremely popular Coniston old man. The seating area with gas barbecue is the perfect place to be in those summer months.  
This year it has been graded four stars by the ETC. The price includes everything except towels for the bathroom which can be hired at an extra cost. A truly remarkable three hundred year old cottage which has been refurbished through out to a high standard.
