Vacation Rental Description

2 Hawthorn Cottage in the lovely rural village of Malpas Cheshire. The cottage comprises of a ground floor featuring fully equipped kitchen, sitting room with wood burning stove plus fully equipped dining room. 1st Floor features 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom plus bathroom with bath and shower facilities.

A very large secluded garden to the rear of the property features seating and dining furniture as well as a bbq. The beautiful well kept garden comprises large fruit trees and is extemely peaceful.

Parking for 2 cars is available at the front of the cottage.

Description of accommodation:
There are three bedrooms, one double, one twin (which may easily be converted to a double), and one single. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is a well appointed dining room & lounge featuring comfortable furnishings and a wood burning stove.

Nearby Attractions:
Hawthorn Cottage is situated in the village of Malpas, Cheshire, a few miles from the Welsh border. The village centre is a very short walk away and has a number of shops, pubs and restaurants.

The historic Roman city of Chester can be reached by car in around 20 minutes.

Pricing Structure:
Christmas and Easter £350 for a 1 week stay, or £190 for 3 nights.

January to March and November to December £300 for a 1 week stay, or £165 for 3 nights.

April and September to October £350 for a 1 week stay, or £190 for 3 nights.

May to June £400 for a 1 week stay, or £215 for 3 nights.

July to August £450 for a 1 week stay, or £230 for 3 nights
