Our Bed and Breakfast is extremely well located for the city centre yet is located in a quieter location, assuring you of a comfortable relaxing nights sleep, but still only a few metres away from all the nearby activities. Our rooms all include hairdryers, freeview televisions, tea and coffee making facilites for your comfort. Complimentary WiFi internet access, free off road Car Parking, discounted tickets to local attractions such as Chester Zoo and discounts to some local restaurants. 
 
Chester Zoo, Cheshire Oaks and Chester Races are all nearby attractions - to name but a few. 
 
We are happy to make every effort to provide your every day needs, be it for that special visit to Chester, a birthday celebration, a business trip or indeed a comfortable relaxing break. 
 
Freshly prepared breakfast to suit your requirements, comfortable King Sized Beds, Power showers and a friendly welcome all combine to help make Chester Brooklands B and B your ideal Chester B and B to stay in. If you are an overseas visitor to the United Kingdom and are looking for a Guest House to stay in for a few days or weeks, we have large bedrooms available which sleep between one and four persons.

We are able to offer a Free WiFi internet/email service using our LAN to those with Laptops with built in Wireless Network cards. 
 
Cots are available for your use. If you require a cot, please advise us in advance.
