Apartment Rental Rates

Low Season Price : £200
High Season Price : £400 per Week


A 25% non refundable deposit per week when booking, balance due 8 weeks prior to the holiday.
Should the balance of the holiday not be paid by due date the booking will be considered cancelled.
In the event of cancellation any payments made will be refunded if the cottage is re-let, subject to an administration/cancellation fee of £100.
Premises available from 4 pm Saturday and will be vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
At our discretion, we may accept a well behaved dog by prior arrangement and access must be restricted to the tiled area of the ground floor of the house at all times. Surcharges upon application.
The holidaymaker undertakes to leave the property and its contents in the same condition as at commencement of holiday and to leave the property in the same state of cleanliness in which it was found. You will be charged for extra cleaning.
The owner of the property will be compensated for any damage and breakage
