Vacation Rental Description
Riverside View sleeps up to 5 people. It has one double bedroom and one twin bedded room. Should it be required we can arrange for a Z bed for a fifth guest. The apartment boasts two gorgeous travertine tiled bathrooms one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom. 
 
Both the living room and master bedroom benefit from french doors which lead out onto the spacious balcony . Here one can enjoy lovely views of the river Tyne whilst enjoying a glass of wine and watching the world go by. 
 
The open plan kitchen / living area is double aspect and boasts a fully fitted contemporary kitchen with every mod con. There is a breakfast bar for informal eating and a dining table for more formal occasions. 
 
The apartment is situated 100m from the millennium bridge in a modern building with lift and concierge services. Step outside the apartment and enjoy a short stroll to the major attractions whilst taking in the sights.

    • The apartment benefits from free secure parking and has secure video entry and concierge. On the doorstep there are restaurants catering for every type of cuisine. There is a regular bus service right outside and the train station is 10 minutes walk away. If you need a bit of retail therapy there is a choice of city centre shops or for out-of-town shopping catch a train or bus to Gateshead Metro Centre which is the largest shopping mall in Europe. Clubs and bars abound for those who like to dance all night and for those of a more esoteric nature there are museums theatres and galleries.

    • Newcastle is city rich in history and is the major city of the NorthEast. It provides a perfect base for exploring not just the city but the surrounding areas of Northumbria and Durham. Within a short distance of the apartment you can admire the Millenium Bridge walk across to the Baltic Art Gallery and the Iconic building of the Sage Music Centre view the world famouse Tyne Bridge as well as the other less well known ones. 
     
    Over the river in Gateshead you can enjoy the Victorian splendour of Saltwell Park as well as visiting our guardian Angel of the North. There are beautiful beaches at Tynemouth a short metro ride away or a bit further afield the stunning Northumberland coast boasts many attractions including Seahouses, Bamburgh Castle and Holy island. Beamish open air museum is a great day out for the family as are the stately homes of Cragside and Wallington in Northumberland. Durham Cathedral and castle are a must.
