This terraced cottage is located on the owners’ working farm near the Northumberland village of Belford and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

Cuthbert’s Cottage is a terraced cottage on the owners’ working farm and equestrian centre near to Belford in Northumberland. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom and one twin room plus a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburner. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and shared use of a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. With its neighbouring cottage, Cuthbert’s Cottage can sleep a total of ten people in the beautiful Northumbrian countryside.

Electric storage heaters throughout with additional heating from woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared garden with furniture and BBQ. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 3 miles.

				Low Season Price:	£247 per Week
				High Season Price:	£547 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
