This end terraced cottage is located in the County Durham village of Edmundbyers and can sleep four people in one bedroom and a sofabed.

Wayside Cottage is an end terraced cottage in the village of Edmundbyers near to Consett in County Durham. The cottage has one double bedroom and a bathroom, making it ideal for a romantic break for two. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a sofabed, dining area and a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is roadside parking for two cars and a patio area with outdoor furniture. Perfect for exploring County Durham, the north Yorkshire Dales and Northumberland, Wayside Cottage is a lovely cottage in a beautiful area.

Edmundbyers is a traditional village situated south of the River Derwent, in the foothills of The North Pennines. From the village of Edmundbyers there are plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, golfing, sailing, fishing and simply appreciating the quiet natural beauty. Only four miles away is the delightful village of Blanchland. Dating back to 1165, Blanchland is reputed to be one of the prettiest villages in England, famous for being the film location for many of the Catherine Cookson novels.

				Low Season Price:	£234 per Week
				High Season Price:	£455 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
