This beautifully appointed early 19th Century former coach house offers spacious accommodation that sleeps up to six people.

This 19th Century former coach house in the village of Lowick has been lovingly and carefully converted to give a high standard of accommodation. The property is spacious and welcoming, the living room has a wood burning stove, and provides spacious, open-plan accommodation with a well-appointed kitchen and dining area. There is a large garden room with doors leading to a patio and a secluded garden with furniture and barbecue. Two of the three bedrooms have open roof trusses and the double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower. There is an additional bathroom on the first floor. This beautiful house is thoughtfully presented and would be an ideal property for a holiday with family or friends and is in an excellent location for exploring this stunning county.

Activities

The appealing village of Lowick is excellently placed for a holiday in the unspoiled region of Northumberland. The village has a store and two public houses and is only two miles from the village of Ford and the Etal estate, with its castle and craft shops. The Etal Estate offers activities such as fishing, cycling and a mini railway, making this an ideal day out for the whole family. There are eight golf courses within a 20-mile radius, and many other attractions including the border town of Berwick-upon-Tweed, Lindisfarne on the Holy Island and the spectacular Cheviot Hills. The impressive Alnwick Castle and Gardens and the beautiful vast sandy beaches of the Heritage Coast are all within an easy drive. Lowick is perfectly placed as holiday destination that can be enjoyed all year round.

This property does not accept short breaks. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Change Over Day : Sat Winter Short Breaks are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period. Extra nights are charged pro rata. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods. A 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date. Last Minute Breaks (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'Low', 'Mid', 'High', 'Peak', 'Christmas' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. A 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date.
