Bay View is a luxury holiday apartment in Waren Mill, a converted grain mill dating from Norman times.

Waren Mill’s 16 apartments have been fitted and furnished to the highest standards, and Bay View has three bedrooms - two doubles (one with en-suite) and one twin. The bathroom and kitchen are extremely well-equipped and the open plan living room has attractive leather furniture. The apartment is on the first floor and has stunning views over to Lindisfarne. Bay View is a wonderful haven for those looking for a relaxing break in this beautiful part of Northumberland.

Activities

The magnificent Bamburgh Castle, set on a basalt crag, dominates this part of the Northumberland coastline and is one of the most popular destinations for visitors to the region. The Castle is home to the descendants of the esteemed Victorian industrialist Lord Armstrong, and is open from March to October. Bamburgh has other claims to fame, however, most particularly as the birthplace in 1815 of brave Grace Darling, who saved many lives from the wreck of the Forfarshire. The village has a very beautiful parish church, St Aidan’s, as well as a number of pleasant pubs, restaurants and independent shops. The region is renowned for its golf courses, its wide sandy beaches and the spectacular Heritage Coast. There are opportunities for serious bird-watching at Budle Bay and the Farne Islands.

				High Season Price:	£789 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
